Your mind is powerful, and when it’s not healthy it’s hard to feel like yourself. We will help you navigate anxiety-related mental disorders, and we’ll work with you to develop tools you can use to maintain a healthy mind when you’re not feeling quite right.

What to expect in individual therapy…

The first sessions of individual therapy are about exploration. Your therapist will spend time uncovering the depth and breadth of the problems you’re facing, and if necessary will provide a diagnosis. You’ll also leave each session with tools and techniques to start practicing on your own. Along the way, your therapist will tailor a treatment plan for you based on your therapeutic goals and needs.


In individual therapy with an Azure therapist you will learn how to:
